If the mats arrive with creases, please send us a photo and we'll include replacements with your next order.

Our rolled packaging keeps the mats rolled (not folded) to prevent creasing during transit, so creasing should not occur.

All neoprene has a subtle natural aroma. We bake our mats at 75°C for 12 hours post-production. Any faint scent remaining is the non-toxic, natural aroma of organic neoprene rubber (RoHS/REACH certified), not chemicals — harmless and disappears within hours once aired out in a well-ventilated area.

Our product price includes the stitched edge. We typically do full-color printing over the stitched edge. A standard solid-color stitched edge that matches the mat has no extra charge. A custom stitched-edge color not in stock has a one-time fee of USD 50.00.
