Q2. Will the same legal entity appear on the NNN, invoices, purchase orders and the receiving bank account?

Q4. If my first submitted file is non‑commercial calibration artwork, will it be covered under confidentiality rules?

A: Yes‑your calibration artwork is treated with exactly the same confidentiality as commercial artwork, and used solely for print‑quality evaluation.

Q5. Which language version of the agreement prevails?

A: The agreement is executed in English and Chinese. Unless otherwise agreed, the English version prevails.

Q6. Are all production stages performed in‑house?

A: Yes‑100% in‑house at our own facility: printing, lamination, cutting, edge stitching, QC and packaging. No process is outsourced.

Q7. Will any production step be subcontracted? If yes, can you share subcontractor’s legal name and location?

A: None is subcontracted‑no external facility is involved. Our material suppliers provide only blank raw material and fabric rolls; they never receive or handle any customer artwork or production files.

Q8. You mentioned multiple workshops. Does that mean subcontracting?

A: Our production runs across several workshops, all owned and operated by B‑Enjoy under one unified management and quality‑control system. No stage is subcontracted.

Q9. Can we visit the factory or arrange a live video walkthrough?

A: Yes‑we are happy to host a live video walkthrough covering the dye‑sublimation printing, lamination, cutting, edge‑stitching, QC and packaging areas. Please advise your preferred date, time and platform (Zoom / WhatsApp video / WeChat).

Q10. Would any third party, subcontractor, material supplier or outside factory receive or access my artwork?

A: Never. No third party ever receives or has access to customer digital artwork or production files.

Q11. Who within B‑Enjoy has access to my artwork?

A: Access is restricted only to employees directly involved in your project.

Q12. How are artwork and production files stored?

A: Stored on secured, project‑restricted drives. Files are never uploaded to public or shared platforms.

Q13. Will you permanently delete my artwork upon my written request?

A: Yes‑we agree to permanently delete your artwork and files from accessible computers, servers, shared drives, cloud storage and sales systems upon your written request after the production period, and will confirm the deletion in writing.

Q14. Will you photograph, film, display, publish, share, retain as showroom sample, or use my artwork for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, trade shows or sales?

A: We confirm that Dongguan B‑Enjoy Crafts Co., Ltd. will NOT photograph, film, display, publish, share, retain as a showroom sample, or use your artwork, samples, finished products, brand name or product name for any marketing, portfolio, website, social media, trade‑show, marketplace or sales purpose without your separate prior written authorization.

Q15. Will my brand name or product name appear anywhere publicly?

A: No‑your brand name and product name will not be used in any public communication.

Q16. Who are the other designs shown in your production videos?

A: Those are our own original designs‑the same designs appear on our own website, produced and photographed from our own design files for promotional use. No customer artwork is included.

Q17. Can you use my finished project as a case study or reference example?

A: Only with your specific prior written permission. Without it, your project will never appear in our marketing, website, catalogue or sales materials.

Q18. Will you manufacture for another customer using my artwork?

A: No‑your artwork is used solely for your authorized order and will never be used to manufacture products for any other customer or as the basis for any derivative design.

Q19. What will you do with over‑produced goods beyond authorized order quantity?

A: No overrun will be sold, distributed, retained for marketing purposes or supplied to another customer. Overruns, seconds, rejects and samples bearing your artwork are destroyed or held for your disposition.

Q20. What happens to my evaluation samples?

A: Samples are for your evaluation only. They are not displayed, photographed or reused for any other purpose without your written authorization.

Q21. Can we keep the approved sample as signed master reference for bulk QC?

A: Yes‑the approved sample is retained and signed/dated by both parties as the master reference for bulk‑production QC, covering colour, surface material, material density, thickness and stitching.

Q22. Will bulk production use the same fabric, raw material, inks, thread and process as the approved sample?

A: Confirmed‑the same fabric, raw material, inks, thread and production process used for the approved sample will be used for the full production run, unless you approve a change in writing.

Q23. What are the consequences if the NNN agreement gets breached?

A: Any breach may cause irreparable harm. In addition to damages, we acknowledge the client is entitled to seek injunctive relief and specific performance, and we will indemnify reasonable losses and legal costs arising from a breach.
